欧洲央行停售黄金 本年度售出黄金1.1公吨

　　截至2011年9月26日，第三期《央行售金协议》(CBGA3)已期满两年。签署该协定的欧洲各国央行本年度总计售出黄金(1624.20,6.90,0.43%)1.1公吨，为自1999年签署该协议以来最低的年度销售量。根据现行协定，协议国每年总共可出售400公吨黄金。

　　据记者了解，尽管出售上限设在400公吨，但在本期协议生效的首个年度，欧洲各协议国均对售金表现出迟疑态度，实际出售量仅7.1公吨。过去一年中，协议国黄金实际销售总量达53.3公吨，其中额外售出的52.2公吨来源于国际货币基金组织有限的黄金销售计划。国际货币基金组织已于去年12月完成该黄金销售计划。

　　世界黄金协会政府事务总监娜塔莉·邓普斯特(Natalie Dempster)表示，自金融危机爆发以来，欧洲央行的售金意愿已经消弭殆尽。面对紧张的经济局势和动荡的金融市场，央行亟需稳定其资金储备，而黄金恰能发挥这一作用。新兴市场央行在过去两年间大量增持黄金的举动也充分表明了这一点。总体而言，央行目前是大量买入的黄金净买家，并重新评估了其储备资产管理政策，我们预期其在可预见的未来继续保持这一势头。
